Friendly restaurant, excellent Turkish coffee and fresh delicious food.

Really cozy cafe; I forgot I was in Toronto. The price was decent, service excellent, the food was yummy, freshly made, the tea and coffee amazing. They had plenty of cute tables, clean bathrooms, and you could buy Turkish tea, coffee and jams wholesale. So cute. I loved it :) Great way to start the day!

Nice place. Good service. Ordered the omelette and gozleme. Sausage was nice and tasty. Will go back to try other stuff.

Authentic Turkish cuisine at the top of its game! Great place for a hearty lunch - service is very friendly. They have a pretty good menu and are very helpful with recommendations - one of my favorite lunch places in the city I try to go back once a month or so.

Such a beautiful coZy little cafe. The menu is simple and effective. Everything on the menu was so delicious, the staff are so sweet and helpful. Must visit!

We were looking for new experience and great brunch and came across this adorable place called Galata Cafe. Parking available. Staff are super friendly and genuine. We looked through the menu and wanted to order everything to try but restrained ourselvws to 3 dishes and 2 drinks. We will definitely come back again if we are in the area searching for brunch.

This place is fire, very very good. The portions for the omelettes, relative to the price are very small but the spice and flavor is something so good that it's hard to describe. I would try more things the next time I visit, I've been twice. It gets 4 stars this time due to the portions size and price relativity.

Delicious food, comfortable chairs and ambience to make the most of the caffeine from a Turkish coffee. I had the menemen and salep drink. Both great, as evident from the photo. I'll be back to try the Turkish coffee and other pastries. Baklava looked inviting as well!

Cozy place, great service and amazing Turkish food!

First time at a Turkish cafe. This cafe looks beautiful, our table was so colourful. Great presentation! The server was very friendly and accomodated my allergies too. The food tasted amazing. I came here to try Turkish coffee, and I definitely will come back. For the food, the coffee, and the whole experience!

Very friendly, large selection. Helpful staff helps pick out the right combination for breakfast, lunch or a snack. Coffee is fantastic.

Really delicious food. The staff were very welcoming. I enjoyed the Turkish breakfast with a regular coffee. The bread was served fresh and warm... yum! The prices are very reasonable, too.

Friendly staff and great food. Especially liked the salep, it's like hot milk with orchid tuber flour, it's sweet and thick, great winter drink, wife loved it too. Will visit again soon 😁

Recently I had the pleasure of brunch at Galata. The Simit was crispy outside and tender inside; the omelette with sausage was delicious and the gozleme with eggplant was a wonderful surprise.Rounding out the meal was another cup of Turkish coffee and baklava that I would happily partake of again. The conclusion was a robust cup of Turkish coffee demanding to be sipped and not quaffed.With more items to try I am making a point of returning!

I had an extraordinary at this place. We loved the superb atmosphere and the meals. The staff were very welcoming. I’m content we eventually managed to visit here.

Ordered the gozleme and simit sandwich. They both were good but the gozleme, was amazing. Would definitely order that again. The turkush tea, made me feel like I was back in Turkey. All food is HMA halal as was verified by the server.

Food was great. Tasted very good. We went for breakfast and had a couple of their omelettes. Keep in mind that it's not your typical omelette; the eggs are a bit overeasy. Also we found the tea and Turkish coffee to be a bit watered down. That was a bit disappointing. Their house bread though was just phenomenal. Regarding the place, there's decent seating but not ideal for large parties. All in all, place is certainly worth the visit.

All Options are Halal, Our Breakfast was filled with Love. Great Customer Service! I was about to go to IHOP but after their reviews I enroute my ride towards Galata Cafe... And Trust Me It was Worth Our Money: Turkish Coffee was nicely tone up! We are coming back for sure.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I love how their service is always awesome and they keep the spot neat all the time. Prices are convenient and they serve large portions.

Place is cute. However, door does not shut properly so you freeze if its left open by others coming in. Omelette is great. Breakfast plate though is lacking for the price. Great to try but know what to get.

If you're looking for a nice and cozy place with lovely staff to have a delicious Turkish brunch, this place is where you should check out. Make sure you try their Turkish Sausage Omelet, Turkish tea and Salep hot drink.

It's too pricy for what they are offering. It say's fresh simit and they are giving you half of a one day old heated simit ....

Visiting Galata Cafe, for years now, is always a great treat.The food is fantastic, and the service always friendly.I miss going.I can't wait to resume my regular visits when this unpleasantness is finally over.Suggestion: As a cafe, I believe 7:00 am opening time would be better.As a Turkish cafe their simit and pide should be baked daily, and never ever frozen.

Amazing ! Very tasty breakfast. It's a cozy, homey place with amazing authentic Turkish food.

We stopped in for breakfast and everything we had was delicious. We both ordered the breakfast combo and it was too much food, so next time we will order something smaller. The Turkish coffee was excellent. The baked goods seemed so fresh, and the Turkish sausage omlette was just what I needed. We will definitely return.

This is a really cozy Turkish cafe with awesome coffee and pastries. I didn't eat lunch here, but it looked like the options are awesome. The prices are very reasonable, and I will definitely come back here next time I'm in the neighborhood.

Gözleme and baklava is best of kipling and dundas.

A friend Of mine suggested me this restaurant.I was so exited for it. Unfortunately It was my worst Turkish restaurant experience. Products are not Fresh at all. There is no clue with Turkish cuisine the taste is so far from real.

A great alternative to Canadian breakfast, if you need a break from bacon and home fries! Their food is different and delicious and the service is always wonderful.

Definitely a spot worth stopping over, the food is great and fresh, the cost is convenient and it is consistently well organized in here. Highly recommended.
